Refund policy
At DriftParadiz, customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. In this article we will explain the return procedures that are extremely simple.
Right of withdrawal
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot unfortunately offer any refund or exchange.

- The shipment of your return is at your expense, please send us a follow -up number.
- Reception of your package.
- Control of your return and refund or have if everything is in accordance with. Please note, if you have benefited from free delivery, if the order falls below the free threshold, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or to have it.
To be able to be returned, your article must be unused and in the state you received. It must also be in its original packaging. Any changes in the item (welding, painting, ...) cancels the right of withdrawal and no exchange or refund may be requested.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Shipping costs linked to shipping and returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return and return shipping cost will be deducted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to tell you that we have received the returned article. We will also tell you if your refund or to have is approved or refused.
If it is approved, your reimbursement is then processed and your credit card or an initial payment card is automatically credited within a few days or you will receive the code of your having directly by email, and it will be valid without duration.

We recommend that you use a shipping monitoring service or have your shipment insure. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned article.

- I am preparing my package carefully, to properly protect the articles present in the box. Make sure that the item has no trace of use, that the packaging is new.

The return request must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt
- The costs of return and referral to the exchange (the disburable case) are your responsibility
- If the article does not meet the return criteria, you will be returned to you.
How is your order prepared?
We pay particular attention to the preparation of your package, a double control is made during its preparation. A check list is provided in the package, and you can find 2 control on each article.
How does the DriftParadiz warranty work:
Our products are guaranteed for 1 year except:
- Consumables, some examples: tires, bearings, oils, transmission parts, cardan, gables, etc ...
- The consequences which are linked to non -compliant use: shock, use in wet situations (except waterproof products), modification in any way of the product.
- Regarding Servos, is not covered by the warranty the breaking of the internal gables, the use of a higher beak voltage than indicated by the manufacturer, the poor adjustment of the stops (EPA) which leads to the breakage or overheating of the servo, of bad settings of the programmable servos
- Regarding motors, nis not covered by the warranty : The use of extraordinary settings, a regime excluding manufacturer's recommendation, non-compliant welds (overheating of the connector to the welding), the non-connection of all the cables indicated by the manufacturer (Sensored Cable, A-B-C connection order, etc.)
- Regarding batteries, n'is not covered by the warranty: all non -compliant uses as a too large discharge which prevents the restart of the battery, an incorrect load or the storage rules or modifications of the connector cancels the warranty. Click here to learn everything about the batteries
- The breakdowns and/or defects due to the intervention of the buyer: disassembly, attempted repair by the customer or a tier repairer.
